To purchase a SEASON PASS by Check or Credit Card fill out the APPLICATION FORM and send it in to HV Ski LLC, PO Box 216, Two Rivers, Wi 54241. Please read the Season Pass Agreement Form and the Release of Liability Form as you will be required to sign these when you pick up your pass.

1: Click on and read the Season Pass Agreement form and the Release of Liability form as you will be required to sign these forms when you pick up your pass. The Season Pass Agreement Form will need to be filled out for each individual pass purchased.
* Please include your e-mail address on your applications if you have one as we will be notifying you on future dates when you can have your picture taken and pick up your pass.
